Please read below for our detailed privacy and return policies
ALL customers must contact us and receive a return authorization # and return shipping address.
Most items can be returned or exchanged with in 14 days of date of purchase. Return or Exchange shipping is paid by the customer.
There is a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
Please note that our High School, USFL, WFL, Areana, and authentic Steel Rivet mini-helmets we sell are made to order. We are using a blank shell and mask and applying the decals ourselves for the above helmets.
This explains why, if we run out of a certain color of mask, then every school/team that uses that color mask is unavailable and back ordered.
As for our return policy, you can exchange a non custom mini-helmet for a different non custom mini-helmet within 14 days of your initial order. Or contact us to see what options we may offer you.
We order our blank shells and masks from different vendors, so you may receive a mini-helmet that looks slightly different than it appears in the picture for College , NFL, High School, USFL, WFL, Areana, and authentic Steel Rivet mini-helmets.
Our primary vendor’s are Schutt and Riddell, but we also use Wingo and SD mini helmets as well.
You cannot exchange for the same mini-helmet by requesting a different style shell and mask, but can exchange for a team.
If you ordered decals from us, we either ordered them custom through a third party or have them in stock from a third party, so all decal sales are final.
There are no refunds on Decals, stripes, player numbers, and all custom football helmets, including High School mini football helmet orders.
Your packing slip will indicate where you need to send your mini-helmet for exchange.
